Sequel plot holes that make no sense

The sequels created some really unnecessary plot holes that helped ruin the newest films. There are too many to count, so here are the top ones!

We all know that Disney could have done a much better job if they at least tried harder with the sequels. They disappointed most Star Wars fans. In fact, they weren't really necessary to begin with. There wasn't anything we really needed to see after the Galactic Empire Era. Plus, they didn't even explain how society collapsed again. But anyways, lets go onto the truly unnecessary plot hole they presented us with. (There are more so don't say we're missing any, these are just the most noticeable)

Let's start with the Force Awakens.

Kylo vs. Finn

The fight scene in the snow was less than disappointing. You have Finn. A former janitor stormtrooper with no Force abilities or connections whatsoever. No lightsaber training, nothing. Then you have Kylo, who is a Sith that uses the Dark Side of the Force with years of training. However, the Janitor Finn puts up a real fight to him which makes no logical sense at all. It at least shows how weak Kylo really is. Or maybe Finn would've made a good Jedi. Either way, it doesn't happen to be Finn is Force sensitive so it just makes Kylo seem weak.

Maz Kanata and Anakin/Luke's Lightsaber

Ok hold on. Where the hell did she even get his saber? That is not answered nor does it make sense some restaurant owner has a priceless artifact. And, being that she's 1,000 years old, I wish they'd give her more time to tell her stories. She has a LOT of them and it would be cool to hear about the older Jedi and Sith.

Kylo's Mask

Adam Driver was a great actor and portrayed Ren well, don't get me wrong, but Kylo is such a terrible, childish, and boring Sith. The only reason Sith wear masks was because it helped them live. Vader needed a respirator, Malgus too, and Nihilus used it to keep his "life" from escaping. Kylo literally did not need a mask, therefore it made him look stupid. No other Sith wore them unless ABSOLUTELY necessary. Sion didn't need it to live, (though he was barely clinging to life) and Palpatine didn't wear one. And they were probably the most disgusting looking Sith!

Now let's move onto the Last Jedi.

Map to Luke

Just... What. Did Luke just make a map where to find him? Did someone else make it and know where he is? WHO MADE IT? This just had no though put into this concept.

I'm not going to cover more on this movie, because the Rise of Skywalker just had too many that were even worse.

The Rise of Skywalker.

Snoke

This might just be the most confusing thing ever. They absolutely ruined him. Not that he was any good any way, just being honest.

Rey cannot possibly be Palpatine's granddaughter

This one pisses me off. Disney didn't even make an effort to get their timing right. Anakin was 25 when Luke and Leia were born. Ben is Leia's son as we all know. Palpatine was 70 when young Skywalker was 25. If Anakin's grandson is the same age if not older than Rey, how could it also be Palpatine's granddaughter? They would be separated by 1 generation. If Rey was really his granddaughter, she would have been alive during the Jedi times only being a few years older than Luke and Leia.

Let the past die. Let Palpatine die.

Really? Why did Disney bring him back when he CLEARLY died in Return of the Jedi. It was a lazy move to try and lure audiences back in. And if he was here, why wasn't he clued at in the two movies before? And remember how Yoda can sense death and destruction, like when Anakin turned and he felt all the Jedi die? How come he didn't warn Luke that he wasn't really dead.

Anyways, hope you liked this article. I know there are so many more plot holes, but these were just the biggest.
