How Disney doesn't understand Lightsabers

Personally, I believe that without lightsabers Star Wars couldn't be successful as it is today. The legendary swords who are mostly used by either sith or Jedi and have the ability to deflect most of the weapons and guns and cut through almost any object. Lightsabers are probably the main reason I love StarWars and I have personally dedicated a lot of time studying these legendary weapons. Unfortunately, I couldn't really say sequels showed a good representation of how lightsabers should be made and used.
First of all, I am going to talk about how lightsabers were introduced to us in the original trilogy. The very first lightsaber we see is Anakin's old blue lightsaber at Luke's hands when old Kenobi gives it to him. Then we finally see the first combat, one versus one lightsaber battle between Darth Vader and Obiwan Kenobi. After these events we see Luke lose his father's lightsaber in episode 5 while fighting Darth Vader but as he becomes a Jedi knight he starts using a lightsaber he constructed himself with a very similar design to Obiwan’s. However These four sabers are the only sabers we get to see in the original trilogy.
Next, we get to prequels or as I call it the golden age of lightsabers in the Star Wars cinematic universe where we start of with Darth Maul's legendary Saber that probably is one of the coolest and most liked sabers among Star Wars fans then at the clone wars we get to see Count Dooku's curved lightsaber where in my opinion is the best combat lightsaber and my personal favourite lightsaber. We get to see a lot of different Lightsabers during the prequel era from Assaj Ventress's double curved sabers to inquisitors double-bladed circular sabers that even gave them the ability to fly so at all we got to see all kinds of badass lightsaber who they all had their own special uses considered to the abilities of their own user itself. However, while I was rewatching the clone wars show I came across the episode where Ahsoka Tano takes a few Jedi younglings so they can collect their own cyber crystals. During the time I was watching this episode I came across a very great line by Professor Huyang who had shown younglings how to make a lightsaber for thousands of years. He said a great line that until today goes around the head . This scene occurs when younglings finally collect their cyber crystals and bring Them to the professor.
“Yes, you have brought me crystals, but they're all useless unless you give them life. Do you know how to awaken the Force within the crystal? No? Then I suggest you listen and learn until you think of a question this droid cannot answer."
―Huyang, to a class of Jedi Initiates
That's it lightsabers aren't for everyone and only for Jedi. That's why not every clone trooper carries one. It's because you need to make a connection with your saber or your head will get chopped off. You need force to put together your saber and you need to make a saber that force tells you to do and that is one of the reasons why sith have a more complicated saber as they don't listen to force unlike the Jedi and use what they think is best for themself and not make the force choose.
Now I really want to get into the sequels or as I want to call it the dark ages of lightsabers. It wasn't that bad at first we got to see KyloRen using his three-bladed lightsaber but the story got worse as we got to see which lightsaber Rey goes with, we got to see how no one at Disney understands force as the force would have guided Rey to a new lightsaber, not a lightsaber that belonged to a Jedi 40 years before him.Although I don't want to discuss how Finn a regular stormtrooper managed to have a 2-minute lasting duel with the niece of luke skywalker but It's worth mentioning that none deserves to wield Anakin's lightsaber as it was personally made by himself and even in the original trilogy Luke made his own lightsaber when he became a Jedi knight but this did not happen in Rey's case as Rey battled Palpatine in the rise of Skywalker using Anakin's and Leia's lightsaber which does not match the characteristics of a true Jedi. However, we get to see Rey burry Ananki's and Leia's lightsaber and make a new yellow lightsaber. This, however, was a bit strange for me for two reasons: 1- Rey's staff skills during the Force Awakens were really good for someone with no training and personally I expected that he would go with a double-bladed like how Darth Mauls but we never got to see that. 2-why yellow? Yellow is a lightsaber colour mostly used by Jedi guards during the republic era who usually hide their face as they were strong in keeping emotions. Rey is obviously not that strong in keeping her emotions as she likes to yell and make quick decisions without thinking( kicking luke skywalker to the head during The Last Jedi movie) I personally believe that staying with the blue would've been a good decision or even going with a colour such as orange would've been a better decision as orange meant that the wielder of that colour will do anything for peace as if it means even stepping to the Darkside(that could've represented Rey's background and her evil family) even white would've been a good decision as usually white cyber crystal is found when you take away the dark side of a red cyber crystal and is brought back to the light side(similar to the one Ashoka Tano used in the Rebels) . I personally don't know what is the purpose of this saber as if there's no temple to guard and I don’t think Rey would be a good suite for a temple guard.

Disney should really consider putting more effort into lightsabers as if these colours don't really match with characteristics of the character and I deeply hope to see this problem get fixed in the next movies and hopefully bring more lightsaber with more designs.
